Staying focused helps you get more done in less time.

While some people naturally have the capacity to stay focused on jobs and goals, many people find it difficult to do so and are quickly distracted. Some people’s concentration can be broken by something as simple as a butterfly fluttering by. I’ve witnessed first-hand how focus techniques derived from hypnosis can improve a person’s capacity to select pertinent data in order to accomplish a goal. Everyone can gain from being able to focus better when necessary. You may maintain your focus and stay on course by using hypnosis-inspired focus strategies.

When you are truly concentrated, you analyse things in great depth as if the task at hand were being examined under a magnifying glass. For instance, if you focus on an apple for 20 seconds and take in all of its features, such as the colour of its skin and how it feels to the touch, you will come to see apples very differently. Your focus sharpens on the apple, and all other thoughts fade away. You come to the realisation that while you were concentrating on the apple, you were talking to yourself about it and what you saw. With easy, questions and responses were created.

After remaining infront of screen at office then your eyes can get tired and it can not focus. You can reset it by starting at a distant object at least 20 feet away for 20 second every 20 minutes

When you tired you can drink fresh juice or drink water, so than you fatigue can be reduced or removed

Some crosswords are also coming on regular newspapers than can be also used in the office. You can tell your team met to solve if not solved by you

You should always take you dinner early & get sleep on bed early, so that at early morning you can wakeup timely & get refreshed. By wakeup early you can give enough time to take bath, clean-up, shave, sufficient fresh breakfast. minimum 8 hours sleep required

Every time you visit the social media site or check your inbox, Experts says that think a bit of your attention remains with those tasks. So minimize distractions by working offline sometimess

When assigned a project you should identify the available time period span & define task hours required considering some delays. Regular reviews on plan vs compliance is requested
