Living in a housing society raises several issues in our minds. One of the most pressing concerns when purchasing an apartment is understanding the provisions for safety and security provided in the residential society.

1. Builder Reputation & Designer
   1. Need to consult the friends circle, Agent for getting information about the builder, in some cases builders are not giving Amenities as they are showing in their catalogue OR as agreed for

   1. Quality of Raw Material: Ensure that the infrastructure developers used high-quality raw materials in the construction so that the structures are strong enough. Home buyers in a high-rise apartment building in a society are concerned about the building collapsing due to natural disasters such as earthquakes.
   2. Durability: Need to ensure the building’s durability, which is critical for its residents during natural disasters. For example, we should ensure that the structure is earthquake resistant and capable of withstanding an earthquake. Our homes are safe havens for us because they are where we feel the most secure with our families. As a result, it is critical to live in a house that is well-built and has all the necessary safety features.

3. Safety Equipments

   4. In addition, all elevators and lifts in a housing society should be outfitted with an emergency contact board so that  contact can be made easily in the event of a power outage or technical glitch.
5. Adequate Security Staff
   1. Security guards are crucial for both real estate developers and home buyers looking for a safe and secure apartment in a residential society. Builders should hire guards who are physically fit, trustworthy, and well-trained, and who have access to intercom systems.
   2. Our security guards monitor all our projects 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our security guards are well-trained in using the security app, which allows residents to know who is entering the society for them, when they are entering, and when they are leaving. This provides our society’s residents with a sense of complete security.

7. Child Safety
